• Membership with an Affiliated Featured Business is subject to that business accepting the member in accordance with its own membership requirements.

• Each Affiliated Featured Business is an independently owned and operated business and is solely responsible for managing its own membership program, services, products, events, facilities, promotions, and member benefits.

• Members must comply with the rules, policies, code of conduct, membership terms and conditions, safety requirements, and any other regulations established by each Affiliated Featured Business.

• Failure to comply with an Affiliated Featured Business's rules may result in suspension or termination of benefits provided by that business, without affecting Stoners Lounge's right to take action under these Terms and Conditions.

• Stoners Lounge does not guarantee the availability, quality, continuity, or suitability of any products, services, discounts, experiences, or membership benefits offered by Affiliated Featured Businesses.

• Any disputes, complaints, claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from dealings between a member and an Affiliated Featured Business shall be resolved directly between the member and that business.

• Stoners Lounge reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or replace Affiliated Featured Businesses and affiliated membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

• Membership with Stoners Lounge does not constitute ownership, employment, partnership, agency, or legal representation with any Affiliated Featured Business.
